Baseline Orators Network is pleased to announce that registration is officially open for the 2026 International Debate and Public Speaking Program.

This prestigious international circuit will feature a series of high-level events hosted across Africa, designed to foster eloquence, critical thinking, and global leadership.

Eligibility and Categories
The 2026 program is available for:
– Primary pupils
– Secondary school students
– University students

Registration Guidelines
1. Individual Applicants: This program is open to all students within Cameroon. Please note that parental consent is mandatory for all direct individual registrations.

2. Institutional Delegations: Schools and universities are encouraged to register their students as official institutional delegations.
